Haha, PLEASE! I think it's my dream for the show to just COMPLETELY embrace the ridiculous and do something like that.
I would die. I'm looking forward to the day when the writers OD on crack and do like a flapper-themed flashback episode or something. It would be like 1000% better than the lame 80s backdoor pilot.

Please you are talking to the poster child of taking GG too seriously. :P But I agree so much with Rufus' attitude being ridiculous (and yet so Rufus I can't really complain about OOC). I can understand him being angry and upset because...well who wants anyone they care about to sleep with Chuck Bass? But like it or not Lily adopted Chuck, making him a member of the family. What happened with Jenny was a mistake on BOTH sides. And I can't believe that he would just dismiss the safety of a kid that's the same age as his son. (Except I totally can because mentally Rufus is 12)
And your major question! I might spend hours contemplating that! I could see Blair doing something like business for some reason. Serena . . . I wouldn't even know where to begin. (And NATE? Yeah, let's go with your dance suggestion!)
RIGHT? How have they been in college for a whole year already and yet no one's major has been talked about besides grotty Dan and Vanessa. No one cares what they do writers! I'm guessing Blair is doing something like Business. Or pre-law. I could see her being a kick-ass lawyer. I'm guess Serena will major in something like....errrr....Communications? Although it would be hilarious if she majored in something like Philosophy and started wearing berets all the time and talking about Descartes at fancy dinner parties. And obviously Nate is majoring in the beauty of dance. That one is easy. :P
