I pretty much agree with everything you said. The cinematography is lovely, and it doesn't hurt that basically every actor is really, really, ridiculously good-looking (François Arnaud, I'm looking at you). I went into the show determined not to ship anything, but Cesare/Lucrezia just cannot be denied. Siblings, you say? She's underage? Idec, just bring on the fic!
