Actually if you're interested in watching Hanadan (and it's amazing so you should be!) it's subtitled. You can find it pretty easily. It's up for download a few places and I think it's streaming up on Mysouju (http://www.mysoju.com/hana-yori-dango/). You can experience the beauty of Domyouji fashion!
